Kings Heath Demolition have over thirty years’ experience with the Demolition Industry.
The Companies main objectives have always been and always will be to provide a fresh, professional approach to the way in which we manage and carry out our work. Our overriding objective is to ensure that our work is carried out Safely, on time and at the agreed budget. The majority of our Clients return to us, and favour us with a steady flow of work.
We are also able to attend emergency Demolition projects, as needed.
All Staff are CSCS Carded as a minimum, Training is an ongoing priority at Kings Heath Demolition and all specific task training is provided and regularly updated as necessary.
We aim to Provide a refreshing professional approach to Demolition.
All Staff are CSCS carded and hold related site-specific skill cards for work tasks.
We pride ourselves on being extremely competitive and focus on a very friendly service throughout.
Works on site are managed by our experienced site foreman with visiting support from our Working Directors who have the necessary experience and qualification for a wide variety of Demolition Situations.

Works are carried out in line with our Environmental Policy and in compliance with the current legislation.
A clean and tidy environment is a safe environment. Works are programmed to be carried out logically to maximise recycling and reduce waste.
We hold CHAS Accreditation, Construction line and also Builders Profile, which are available to view.
We have our own Health and Safety Company whom we work with constantly to insure we are up to date and complying with all legalisation.
